Huawei Official Gala 2020 at Mobile World Congress Barcelona hosted by GSMA was my first RFP pitch deck I designed at Freeman. Due to the nature of the event, I was allowed more creativity in designing the deck and the direction to approach the presentation. I designed around the concept being pitched, 'Enchanted'. Based around story telling and fairy tales, 'Enchanted' would immerse the guests into a fairy tale world inhabited by a mystical woodland backdrop. I wanted to get that build up and reveal expressed to the clients the same way the guests would experience during the gala, with animation and subtle highlights from quotes we used in our brainstorming sessions, I emphasised the mythical world we would be building for the event. This was also my first time creating a 3D mock up, as I was tasked with designing how the event invites would be received by the guests using augmented reality viewed from their mobile device.
